Exchange & Return Policy

We accept exchanges only in cases where:

• You received the wrong item.
• The item has a manufacturing defect or was damaged before delivery.

For size-related exchanges, please contact us before sending the item back. Exchange availability depends on stock.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The item must be unused and unworn.
• Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
• The item must be returned in its original condition.
• Items that have been washed, altered, damaged, stained, or used cannot be exchanged.

The following may not be eligible for exchange:

• Clearance and final-sale items.
• Items specifically marked as non-exchangeable.
• Items damaged or altered by the customer.
• Items without original tags or packaging.

If the exchange is due to receiving an incorrect or defective item, Miraye Khaas will assist with the applicable return arrangements.

For customer-requested exchanges, including size or preference changes, applicable delivery/return charges may be the customer's responsibility.

Please contact us before returning any item. Do not send an item back without confirmation from Miraye Khaas.

All exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order by contacting us through our official communication channel.

Once an exchange request is approved, we will guide you through the next steps.
