Shipping Policy

Standard UAE delivery: AED 15 per order.

Orders are processed after confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, courier availability, weekends, public holidays, and order volume.

We will provide the available delivery information once your order has been processed.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

If a delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable or the address/contact details are incorrect, additional delivery charges may apply.

Miraye Khaas is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect customer information, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
